In early 2001 Harmonious Discord releases starting appearing on record store shelves all across the globe with the double artist showcase (HD001- Litex- Unimpossible). Eric Reeves aka Litex set the motion for years to come of original and obscure releases from a label that is often a must-grab for those in the know. Since then, Eric has released under his own moniker on many other labels, and under Magic Shoe for many more.
Eric joins us 8 years later to release a three track stereophonic dance-floor experience. Alongside production mate Asif Ahmed, Urban Gravity is known for their funk-filled bass-driven tech-house. Movement is a syncopated waist mover with hammer-tone bass licks and fluid synth motion. Parallel World is a conversation between precise harmonic textures. This selection has a big sound that increases in energy, a proper choice when upping the ante. Rising Groove leaves a more melodic footprint with tons of greatly structured synth accents and ominous sounding bass.
